3. Equipment
Our phase-contrast and fluorescent time-lapse microscopy station is based on a Zeiss Axiovert 200M microscope equipped with ApoTome. The on-stage incubator was purchased from Cellmovie Bt. at Dept. of Biological Physics, Eotvos University, Budapest. |
