Supplementary data to CA1 pyramidal cell morphology and synapse distribution:

Data from the light microscopical phase:

  • the length of different dendrite types
    • either in Microsoft Excel (5.0/95 Workbook) format
    • or in a table
  • cell body parameters (We measured surface and volume. The perimeteres can be calculated assuming the cell body is a spheroid (radii x=y<z)
    • either in Microsoft Excel (5.0/95 Workbook) format
    • or in a table
  • data on the detailed structure and on the geometry of the reconstructed CA1 pyramidal cells in several file formats such as:
    • image (.jpg), VRML (.wrl), a text file describing the length, diameter and connectivity of segments forming the dendritic tree (.seg) suitable for compartmental modelling, detailed geometry of the dendritic trees providing all points with diameter and branching structure in two formats (.ntr and .swc)

Data from the electronmicroscopical phase:

  • density of synapses on different types of dendrites
