2023 first publication in our research group

This year's first publication is by our PhD student Paula Mut Arbona, who is one step closer to obtaining her PhD.

Széchenyi Prize 2023

On March 14, 2023, Pofessor Dr. Beáta Sperlágh received the prestigious Széchenyi Prize in the Dome of the National Assembly in recognition of her outstanding scientific activity.

Our TDK student, Gál Zsuzsanna Tamara,studying the fifth semester of BSc Biology at ELTE, represented our group at the ELTE’s Biologist Scientific Students Conference on 25 November.

FAME Conference 7-9 June, Mátrafüred, 2023

Beáta Sperlágh, Flóra Gölöncsér and Fruzsina Maácz represented our group at FAMÉ Conference in Mátrafüred on 7-9 June. 

Paula Mut Arbona, member of our group, successfully defended her PhD Thesis

We are thrilled to announce that Paula Mut Arbona, our dedicated PhD student, has successfully defended her thesis, "The Role of the P2X7 Receptor in Neuronal Development and Implications for Schizophrenia Animal Models." 

WCP 2-7 July, 2023, Glasgow

Four members of our research group presented a poster at the 19th World Congress of Basic & Clinical Pharmacology 2023 in Scotland. The 5-day conference was an excellent opportunity to expand scientific knowledge, share ideas and observations, and build relationships.
